Founded by professionals passionate about equity, collaboration, and systems change. The Nexus Circle emerged from a desire to reimagine professional spaces. We saw a gap a lack of authentic dialogue and intersectional perspectives and decided to build a space where those gaps could become bridges.

What is The Nexus Circle?

The Nexus Circle is a curated platform that hosts exclusive roundtable dinners designed to foster meaningful conversations across industries. Each event brings together thought leaders, executives, and innovators to discuss complex challenges and co-create actionable insights in an intimate, non-hierarchical setting.

What makes The Nexus Circle different from traditional conferences or networking events?

The Nexus Circle removes the stage, the panels, and the passive listening. Our roundtable format is designed for real dialogue — not one-way presentations. We seat everyone at the same table to foster equality of voice, and all discussions are guided by a shared intention to learn, connect, and create solutions together.

What happens during a typical Nexus Circle event?

Each event is a multi-course dinner discussion, professionally moderated around a central topic. We begin with introductions and context, followed by a 60–90 minute guided conversation. Participants receive a discussion packet in advance with framing questions. Some events include a short insight summary published post-event.

Is there a cost to attend?

Currently, The Nexus Circle events are sponsor-supported, so attendance is complimentary for selected invitees. We believe in removing barriers to participation where possible, while ensuring that the experience is high-value and exclusive.

How does The Nexus Circle give back to the community?

Each event supports our community impact initiatives , which include: Mentorship opportunities for young professionals, Scholarships for underrepresented talent, Pro bono strategy round tables for nonprofits, Publicly shared insight recaps. We believe powerful conversations should lead to real-world impact, both inside and outside the room.

Who can attend The Nexus Circle events?

Our events are invite-only, and we intentionally curate a diverse mix of participants across industries, levels, and identities. While many attendees are senior professionals, we also welcome rising leaders and change-makers who bring valuable perspectives. If you’d like to be considered for an invitation, you can request to join via the “Join the Circle” form on our site.

Are the events industry-specific?

Some events focus on specific industries (e.g. healthcare, sustainability, or tech), while others are cross-sector by design. We believe some of the best insights come from outside your own field — and our roundtables are structured to blend these perspectives for broader impact.

How are participants selected?

We look for individuals who are not only experienced but also open-minded, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. Diversity in background, role, sector, and lived experience is key. Potential participants may be nominated, referred by others, or request an invite themselves.

Can my organization sponsor an event?

Yes — we welcome mission-aligned sponsors who want to support meaningful dialogue and gain visibility with a targeted, high-caliber audience. “Nexus” represents a point of connection. “Circle” symbolizes equality, unity, and dialogue without hierarchy. Together, The Nexus Circle reflects our core belief: that when diverse minds meet in a spirit of openness, bold ideas emerge — and collective action becomes possible.
